We will therefore apply the Preferential Procurement Regulations issued in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No. 5 0f 2000) when price quotations/bids for the supply of goods and services are invited from potential tenderers. Such invitations shall be advertised from time to time in the local and regional media in terms of our procurement policy.
